Will this SCH40 pipe (OD 1.90) fit inside a 1 1/2in Furniture grade fitting? IOW, can I use this pipe and FG fittings to make furniture??

Yes, Schedule 40 1 1/2" pipe will work with Furniture Grade 1 1/2" fittings. They have the same dimensions, so they will work together and you are able to use either to build furniture!

Does this pipe have any markings?

This pipe does have manufacturer printing on the outside. You can remove the printing using acetone if you would like. We also offer furniture grade pipe that does not have printing.
