Delivery Information

When to expect your shipment:

Items purchased through this website will normally ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 6 to 8 days for delivery from time of purchase depending on shipping destination and inventory distribution point. At times, this time frame may be expanded due to circumstances beyond our control. Items will typically be shipped, when feasible, Fedex or UPS to all destination. Larger orders may need to be shipped via truck/freight line due to size restrictions. If you question your shipping price or have an alternate desired shipping method, please contact our service team for assistance.

Tracking your order:

We do our best to provide you with up to date tracking information as we ourselves get access to it. Because we work with a number of shipping companies to ensure all shipments go out as timely and cost-effectively as possible, it isn't always possible to provide tracking information immediately upon shipment. If the 6 to 8 day expected shipping period has expired and you have not recieved your shipment or any tracking information, please call our service team at 803-328-2480 for assistance. Our number one goal is your satisfaction. 

Damages: 

Though we work tirelessly to ensure nothing goes wrong with your purchase and delivery, occasionally damages do occur. We ask that you inspect your package(s) for damage at the time of delivery. Any package(s) with noticeable shipping damage should be denied upon delivery. By signing to accept your package you are taking ownership of it, including any damage that may have occured in transit. Commercial Industrial Supply is not responsible for damage incurrred during shipping, but we do our best to ensure any issues with your order are resolved to your satisfaction.
