Like couplings, Schedule 40 PVC unions fit two pipes together. Unlike couplings, however, unions are designed to be a semi-permanent solution. These can easily be removed and replaced as needed, because they require no adhesive. This makes them the best choice when contractors are creating systems that may need to be changed or updated at a later date, or when creating systems that need to be regularly taken apart, either to move them or to inspect them.

Max temperature 140 F. Max pressure varies based on fitting size. Our schedule 40 unions (excluding class 125) meet standards ASTM D-1784, ASTM D-2466/2467, NSF/ANSI 14 & 61.
