Damages

In the event of a manufacturer damage or defect please contact us at 803-328-2480 to resolve the issue. We ask that you inspect all package(s) for damage upon reciept of your shippment. Do not accept a delivery with noticeable shipping damage. Package(s) damaged in shipment should be denied upon delivery. See the delivery information page for complete details. 

Promotions

At times PVCFittingsOnline.com may run promotional offers. Return and subsequent purchase of the same items to take advantage of said promotional offers is prohibited. In the event of a return or exchange of a promotional item, only the amount paid at the time of original purchase will be returned or credited back.
