CPVC Ball Check Valves

CPVC check valves are a one-way valve that allows fluid or other media to flow through the valve in just one direction. Unlike ball valves, these do not have to be controlled with a handle or other external device. They work automatically, with the media itself causing the valve to open when the media is flowing through. The design of the check valve prevents backflow from returning into the system.

Our check valves are made from CPVC. CPVC is similar to PVC, but it has been treated with chlorine. This gives the material different properties and allows it to stand up under higher temperatures and higher pressures. In addition, CPVC can withstand corrosive chemicals that may damage PVC. This makes these check valves ideal for chemical applications, especially in industrial settings and laboratories, although they can be used in any application. They are also commonly used in conjunction with other valves in pumps.

We stock CPVC check valves in diameters ranging from 1/2 inch to 2 inches. Our CPVC check valves are made from schedule 80 CPVC, which means they are thicker than Schedule 40 CPVC. This allows the valves to handle high pressure applications with ease. Our CPVC check valves are true union check valves and easily connect to your system with a water tight seal. Add adhesives to make the junction even stronger, if needed.

In many systems, backflow can damage the integrity of the system. Preventing backflow is vital, but doing so manually is inefficient. That is why CPVC check valves are needed. By automatically stopping backflow without preventing flow in the right direction, these valves fill a vital need. They are an affordable and easy to implement solution to this common problem. Start shopping today to find the CPVC check valves that will best meet your needs.
