Is this reducer are the diameter of pvc both end

This reducer is made to fit over 2" and 1 1/2" Schedule 40 PVC pipe. The inside diameter of the 2" end is 2.375". The inside diameter of the 1 1/2" end is 1.900".

Do reducers come in longer length? Say 6 or 8 inches long?

The length of the fitting will be consistent with the diameters. A 2" part will never be 6" in length. You're only option would be take this part, add a piece of 2" pipe that fills in the remaining length (I'm assuming slightly more than 3"), and then attach a 2" coupling (part 429-020) to connect that pipe to your existing 2" pipe.
