is the inside diameter 1.5"?
also, what is the height of the flange (the center piece that sticks out)

A spigot end type means it will have the same ID and OD as pipe of the same size. Pipe's ID is nominal, however, so it's not exactly 1.5". Therefore, the ID is 1.59". It's made to fit inside of another fitting or a valve with a socket end.

The overall height is 2.625". The height of the base of the flange is about 1.28". Those are the only measurements provided. You can subtract the two to get a rough idea of the height you're asking about. It's about 1.345".
