DWV stands for drain, waste, vent - the types of applications this unique type of PVC pipe are meant for. Our DWV couplings come in various sizes and are designed to fit over the ends of two pieces of pipe to connect them together in a straight line. We also carry repair couplings, which do not have a center stop. PVC pipe and fittings a a great choice for these types of uses due to their light weight and simple installation process. DWV PVC fittings are connected to pipe through solvent welding or using threaded female and male ends.

See our selection of PVC couplings for drain waste and vent. We carry seven fitting sizes in these, all of which are made to ASTM standards for DWV and are NSF 14 certified. PVC is a corrosion resistant material that can handle a variety of chemicals if needed. Consult a chemical compatibility table for assurance that it will handle your chemical handling application. You should also consider what temperatures these fittings will be exposed to. Prolonged exposure to temperatures over 140 degrees Fahrenheit can degrade PVC material.
