PEX Elbows

Elbows are one of the most important fittings in all of plumbing, and that is still true in PEX plumbing systems. Our PEX elbows allow the user to turn a pipeline on a dime and all without risk of accidentally pinching your PEX tubing. We supply elbows that simply turn a pipeline 90 degrees and reducing elbows that change the pipeline size. Both have their uses. Reducing elbows are especially helpful when you are trying to control flow pressure, as moving from a large PEX tube size to a small one can increase pressure and vice versa.

Additional PEX Elbow Fitting Info

Elbows used for PEX systems have to be resistant to corrosion, so they are often made of brass or polyalloy. Brass is physically and structurally stronger, giving it an edge in certain environments. However, polyalloy, a common plastic used for PEX fittings, has even higher corrosion resistance than brass and can withstand the same pressures and temperatures as PEX tubing. This is leading many PEX users to exclusively use polyalloy fittings for their PEX plumbing systems.
