3" x 4" Schedule 40 Reducing Male Adapter MPT x Slip (436-341/436-342)

PVC reducing male adapters are designed to connect a length of PVC pipe to a smaller piece of FPT piping.. This 3" x 4" Schedule 40 Reducing Male Adapter has a 3" MPT end and a 4" slip end. This makes the adapter ideal at connecting different types and sizes of pipe and fittings. This reducer coupling is made from high quality schedule 40 PVC, giving it impressive structural integrity and high pressure tolerance. Schedule 40 PVC is not rated for use with hot water. PTFE thread seal tape is recommended for a tight seal on threaded connections.
