In a PVC system, adding a branch often requires deconstructing large parts of the system. These Schedule 40 PVC saddles allow for a branch to be added without a major demolition. They simply clamp onto the outside of the pipe, then create a tee joint in an existing system. Once the saddles are firmly clamped into place, a small hole is drilled into the top, allowing the liquid to flow into the pipe without destroying the entire system or removing any major parts. This is often the simplest way to add a line to an existing PVC system.
