2" Schedule 40 Riser Extender MPT x FPT (434-020)

The purpose of PVC riser extenders is to connect two threaded pipes or fittings in a pipeline that provides water to irrigation and pool systems. Our 2" Schedule 40 Riser Extender has threaded ends; one male and one female. This reducer coupling is made from high quality schedule 40 PVC, giving it structural integrity and pressure tolerance. Schedule 40 PVC is not rated for use in hot water systems. PTFE thread seal tape is recommended for a tight seal on threaded connections.
