Eaton Model 85 Y-Strainers

Eaton Model 85 Y-strainers are engineered to be applied in aggressive industrial and commercial applications. Y-strainers protect pumps, meters, control valves, steam traps, regulators, and other processing equipment that are downstream with a perforated or wire mesh screen that removes unwanted solids from liquid, gas, or steam lines. This 3/4" Eaton Model 85 Y-strainer is made of carbon steel and has 600# threaded connections. This Y-strainer is cleaned manually by shutting down the line and removing the strainer and cleaning any debris from the strainer. This Y-strainer can be installed horizontally or vertically.
