Description
Description
With four separate ends, a reducing cross fitting is not typically used in pipeline systems with liquids or gas. However, it is ideal for building or structural applications in which PVC piping is used. This is a 4" x 1-1/2" reducing cross fitting, which means it has two 4" ends and two 1-1/2" ends. The ends of the same size are across from each other. This fitting has slip ends, so it is compatible with standard schedule 40 PVC piping of the appropriate sizes. This fitting is made of schedule 40 PVC, which is not rated for hot water use.
