Polypropylene Type E camlock adapters feature a male adaptor by hose tail, and is commonly used with Type C, D, B, and DC couplers of the same size. These couplings are often found in firefighting pumps or IBC applications, where frequent disconnect operations are necessary. Polypropylene is commonly used in low pressure suction applications or with the discharge hose of a firefighting pump. It has a working temperature range between 15°F and 200°F and is resistant to most aggressive chemicals.
