Type DC (dust cap) polypropylene camlock fittings are used with Type A, E, and F adapters to seal off the end of a connection. Use the arms on the coupler to quickly join with the adapter. Polypropylene is commonly used in low pressure suction applications or with the discharge hose of a firefighting pump. It has a working temperature range between 15°F and 200°F and is resistant to most aggressive chemicals.
