Stainless Steel Type A camlock’s are male adaptors by female threads of the same size. The grooved male end can be inserted into any female coupler (Type B, C, E, DC) of identical size. Stainless steel camlock fittings are commonly used in food or sanitary environments, as they help prevent contamination in transport. Stainless steel camlocks have a working pressure of up to 250psi (depending on size) and a working temperature range between -150°F and 500°F.
