Shipping Information and Policies
Many orders ship the same day they are placed! On average you can expect your order to ship out within 1-2 business days. There are some exceptions when items are scarce or stock shipments get delayed. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) associated with your order. Please check your spam and junk folders for this email, as it may be miscategorized by some email platforms. *Orders with expedited shipping methods (FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Next Day) placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. Our shipping facilities are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
When Will My Order Ship?: Any orders that would normally ship out on any of the days above will now ship the following business day.
Why the closings?: Our team is our biggest asset at PVC Fittings Online, and we think they deserve some time off to spend with friends and family for the holidays. We love PVC a lot, but we love our families more!
Can I still shop online?: Yes! Our online store will be up and available for shopping 24/7 throughout the holidays. Other than the days listed above, our offices and warehouse will be open and fully operational Monday - Friday.
Shipments can take between 1 to 8 days for delivery from time of purchase depending on shipping destination and inventory distribution point. At times, this time frame may be expanded due to circumstances beyond our control. See below for more information on FedEx shipping methods. Larger orders may need to be shipped via truck/freight line due to size restrictions.
When determining your shipping timeline the day the order ships is NOT included in transit time, Saturday and Sunday are NOT included in transit time. If an order is placed after 2pm eastern time it will not ship until the next business day. An order placed on Tuesday before 2pm eastern time will likely ship Tuesday and Wednesday would be the first day of transit time. An order placed on Tuesday after 2pm eastern time will ship Wednesday afternoon, and Thursday would be the frist day of transit, Friday would be the second day, and Monday would be the third day.

Shipping Delays Disclaimer / Delays Beyond Control
PVC Fittings Online shall not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, labor disputes, or acts of government.
Special Orders / NCNR
Custom-fabricated or special-order items, including products cut to length or built to customer specifications, are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Please confirm specifications before placing orders, as these items cannot be restocked or refunded.
INTERNATIONAL - Offered for international shipments only, this is an inexpensive option for shipments to Canada and other locations outside of the US. All international shipments should expect a longer delivery window. These orders ship via FedEx. We are now accepting international orders with our new program. If you have any questions or issues please let us know.
International Orders – Compliance
All international shipments must comply with applicable U.S. export laws and regulations. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with import laws in the destination country, including but not limited to payment of all applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees, and import restrictions. PVC Fittings Online does not assume liability for delays or costs incurred due to customs clearance, import compliance, or tariff changes.
FedEx
FedEx GROUND - This is the most cost effective and popular FedEx shipping method. Depending on where you live in the United States, you can expect your order to have a 1-5 day transit time on average (The day the package ships along with Saturday and Sunday are not included in the transit time). See our FedEx Ground transit time map here. FedEx is unable to ship to PO boxes. Example: An order placed after 2pm eastern time on Tuesday will likely ship Wednesday afternoon. Based on your location to our shipping facility, it could take up to 5 business days for the package to arrive. Thursday would be day 1 and the next Wednesday would be day 5.
FedEx 2 DAY - Delivered by the end of the second business day (from pickup date*). Available only in the contiguous 48 states. (The day the package ships along with Saturday and Sunday are not included in the transit time). Example: An order placed after 2pm eastern time on Tuesday will likely ship Wednesday afternoon and have 2 days after that for delivery on Friday.
FedEx NEXT DAY - Next business day delivery by 8pm, or end of day (from pickup date*), depending on destination. Available only in the contiguous 48 states. (The day the package ships along with Saturday and Sunday are not included in the transit time). Example: An order placed after 2pm eastern time on Tuesday will likely ship Wednesday afternoon and have 1 day after that for delivery on Thursday.
Weekend Delivery with FedEx: While big corporations have worked out deals with carriers to deliver on weekends, FedEx does not include weekend delivery in their standard shipping options. You can expect to receive your order from PVC Fittings Online on a business day. If you require Saturday delivery please contact us to arrange this service. There is an additional charge for this option.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) associated with your order. Please check your spam and junk folders for order emails, as some email platforms may miscategorized them. We do our best to provide you with up to date tracking information as we ourselves get access to it. Because we work with outside shipping companies to ensure all shipments go out as timely and cost-effectively as possible, it isn't always possible to provide tracking information immediately upon shipment. If the expected shipping period has expired and you have not received your shipment or any tracking information, please call our service team at 866-777-7990 for assistance. Our number one goal is your satisfaction. See the links below to enter your tracking number(s) for FedEx shipments.
Damages
Though we work tirelessly to ensure nothing goes wrong with your purchase and delivery, occasionally damages do occur. We ask that you inspect your package(s) for damage at the time of delivery. PVCFittingsOnline is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, but we do our best to work with FedEx in ensuring any issues with your order are resolved to your satisfaction.
International Orders - We are now accepting international orders with our new program. If you have any questions or issues please let us know.
We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.
Checkout by clicking the “Outside the U.S.?” button or at checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you click the button or select your country and attempt to checkout, you will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Note: This is on average. Some packages may take fewer or additional days to reach their destination. This map shows average transit time for FedEx Ground shipments once a package leaves the PVC Fittings Online facility. Most orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days of order placement, but occasionally orders take longer to fulfill.
