This is a model 08989 8" Cepex Swing Check Valve. Any easy to install valve that doesn't require much space. Check valves are designed to allow flow in one direction while blocking flow in the other direction (backflow). This valve requires 4 PSI back pressure to close.
NOTE: This valve requires 2 flanges and a stud pack for proper pipeline installation.
