1-1/2" IPS Shielded No-Hub Coupling (HPNHCO112)

No-hub couplings were introduced in the 1960s as a quick and easy way to connect piping in home and business drainage pipe systems. They quickly took over and are now used widely plumbing systems around the world! This 1-1/2" IPS Shielded No-Hub Coupling consists of a neoprene gasket surrounded by a stainless steel shield. When the rubber gasket is in place, the shield slides over it and can be tightened with the attached worm gears. This no-hub coupling is designed for use with cast iron piping, but will be effective on any pipe it fits over tightly.
