Pipe Thread Sealant

Oatey pipe joint compound is designed to help seal threaded pipe and fitting connections. It is made for use on PVC, CPVC, ABS, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Iron, Steel, Copper or Brass threads up to 2 inch. This compound lubricates and seals threads on water, natural gas, LP gas, steam, air lines, caustics and dilute acids. To use: Stir contents, apply to clean male threads, assemble, and apply proper torque. This 1/4 Pint size can comes with a brush in the cap. Great Blue Pipe Joint Compound is able to withstand pressures of up to 3,000 psi on gases, 10,000 psi on liquids. This product is made in the USA.
